Operation and Function
The user should assign specific people who operate the machine and familiarize
operation manual basically, and put the machine into project building after adjusting
it to work regularly.
Testing and preparation work before use
a. Start cylinder motor, the tube is transferred, reverse cycle several times to check
whether their operation is normal or any un-normal aspects.
b. Lift the hopper, raise and down it again and again to make sure each component
of every engine flexible and reliable, up and down smoothly, the hopper door open
and close freely and position fixedly.
c.Start all the ventilation blowers to inspect if there is any air leak inside the middle
pipe.
d. Inspect all bolts fasten or not, especially the gasket ring, reducer bearings,
furnace body bearings, supporting roller bearings, and other parts.
Whole set trial before production
a. Filled the hopper with the mineral, asphalt tank should fill with hot asphalt
(asphalt temperature must above 160 ℃), the diesel oil tank filled with diesel oil.
b. Asphalt supply value adjustment:
Needed time= needed time X 60 (second)
c. Drying time set: due to temperature, moisture level of mineral aggregate, the
impact of factors such as temperature and drying time required in a certain range
adjustment may generally be adjusted in 200 to 260 seconds.
d. Mixing time settings: general mixing time set around 60 seconds, can be uniform
mixing.
Natural operational procedure
Generator output 380V, 50HZ three phase alternating current
Inspect each phase position of electric motor to evaluate if it is up to the mustard
Check the asphalt temperature reach 170 ℃ or not, so that asphalt pump can spray.
After inspection, start the dust abatement draft fan, burning draft fan, then start
cylinder and keep it running at the parch direction.
Start lifter, pour inert solid into tube, discharge the hopper.
Start the diesel pump, then press the ignition start, open oil pipe switch, after a few
seconds to see whether the firing was successful, if unsuccessful, start the blower
fan button, if not succeed, close the diesel pump and oil pipe switch, after 3 minutes
do it again.
g. When drying time arrived, stop diesel pump, the asphalt electric motor start by
itself at the same time. Put hot asphalt into the cylinder body, through asphalt time
relay cut off electrical asphalt motor automatically.
h. When the setting of the mixing time over, the main motor cylinder cut off
automatically.
Then press out materials button, making the motor reversal, finished unloading
materials until disposal to do so, a cycle ends here.
i. Second to re-mix the material, from the “d” item start for the next cycle.
Stands operation after the end of machine-team
a. After the unit to make cylinder idling 3-5 minutes.
b. Flicking the oil back switch, absorb the residual oil in the pipeline.
c. Clean up the residual asphalt inside the asphalt pump
d. Clean Asphalt pump use diesel cycle, open outer oil absorb port and hand spray
gun valve, other valves closed.
e. Close all motors and the diesel motor
f. Discharge all the asphalt remaining in the asphalt tank.
g. Release the dust in the Dust Collectors.
